Message The way I see it, you want it lower if possible (not) to try and get air out of the remote system. The pump unfortunately aerates oil and pushes it into the system. Accusump is just a place for air to get captured since oil isn't constantly flowing through there to purge it. Not much you can do about this but drain/refill the Accusump occasionally because eventually it's just going to be filled with air instead of oil. This is theoretical, I have yet to get this thing on the track to see WTF it really does. I'll be out in the next month running it to see.

I mounted mine where I could make space outside the cabin because I didn't want a pressurized container of oil near me.

The tube going to the lower left is headed back to the Accusump after the remote oil filter and the check valve above.

When was the last time you *really* did something with your Z to call yourself a Z enthusiast?
